Whether hardware, software or services: IT system management clerks are experts in selling IT services. Working alongside our sales team, you will advise customers on the introduction or expansion of systems, design solutions for their IT systems and provide information on hardware and software issues. You will also learn how to approach potential customers, create offers and maintain existing customer contacts. Together with your colleagues, you not only keep an eye on the market, but conquer it with targeted marketing and advertising measures.

Of course, anyone who wants to sell IT services must also understand their origin and process. It is therefore particularly important to us to give you a good overview of how our departments work together. In the course of your training, you will therefore work on cross-departmental practice projects and, in addition to sales, you will also work in the development, 1st level, data center, Windows, Linux and network departments. As a system integrator, you first rock the 1st level and save the day for our customers! In other words: You take care of the day-to-day business, which includes telephone support and ticket processing. You are the first point of contact for questions and problems of any kind. You help our customers with your error analysis or solve the problem directly for them via Teamviewer. From everyday little things and recurring tasks to tricky special cases, you will experience a lot in the 1st level. So you are well prepared to switch to the 2nd level towards the end of your training and implement large projects!

As part of centron’s development team, you will make a significant contribution to digitization and automation – and at the same time make life a lot easier for our colleagues from other departments.

At the beginning of your training, of course, the acquisition of the most important basic knowledge is on the program.
