IT Specialist for System Integration: From 1st Level Support to Leading Projects in the Dynamic IT World

As a system integrator, you first rock the 1st level and save the day for our customers! In other words: You take care of the day-to-day business, which includes telephone support and ticket processing. You are the first point of contact for questions and problems of any kind. You help our customers with your error analysis or solve the problem directly for them via Teamviewer. From everyday little things and recurring tasks to tricky special cases, you will experience a lot in the 1st level. So you are well prepared to switch to the 2nd level towards the end of your training and implement large projects!

In order to provide you with the most comprehensive basics from the various areas of IT during your training, you will also get to know the development, sales, data center, Windows, Linux and network departments. This rotation and cross-departmental practice projects not only give you a good overview of how our departments work together, but at the end of your apprenticeship you are ready for all the challenges of the fast-moving IT world.
