Your tasks

As a system administrator (m/f/d) you are familiar with IT infrastructures and have extensive know-how in the installation and configuration of systems. They provide ideas for optimization and thus set accents in the further development of the system environment. Together with your teammates, you look after various server solutions for our customers.

Your profile

• You have completed training in the IT field or comparable qualifications through professional experience
• In addition, you have a strong service and customer orientation paired with a structured and analytical approach
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
• You have relevant and many years of professional experience in the administration of Windows and Linux server systems, e.g. Debian, Ubuntu, centOS and Red Hat
• You have knowledge in the areas of IIS, load balancing of websites and databases, and have also worked with PHP and .Net
• You have basic knowledge of DNS, SMTP and network technology
• You have practical experience with virtualization techniques (e.g. Proxmox) and scalable web server technologies
• You have good knowledge in the areas of storage (e.g. Ceph, NFS, LVM) and databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis).
